Asthmatic Astronaut
Asthmatic Astronaut (real name Gareth Bury) is an electronic artist, DJ and producer from Glasgow[1]. Formerly a member of music collective Black Lantern Clan and the duo Church Of When The Shit Hits The Fan alongside Harlequinade[2], Asthmatic Astronaut gained notoriety with his album This Is Not Pop, a hip hop album featuring a host of Scottish rappers including Solareye, Texture, Mackenzie, Johnny Cypher, Ciaran Mac, Conscious Route, Loki The Scottish Rapper, Tickle and Onesp. He has since worked with a diverse selection of underground musicians, including Jackal Trades and Replicator and is head of short-run record label This Is Not Pop.
